In 2005 Rick and Katie “sold the farm” and moved aboard a boat, Makana with their then 3 year old daughter Hoku. They purchased Makana in South Africa and then across the Atlantic to Brazil, Bahamas, Caribbean and US East Coast. Their blog is based on travelling and food. If they can make it on a boat, you can make it at home.
