MTC Actual’s state-of-the-art lithium iron phosphate battery bank includes 20 batteries sealed from the elements in a vented container, providing a substantial 1,000ah at 48v (that’s equivalent to 4,000ah at 12v) in addition to a second 12v lithium battery bank with 1,200ah. This much battery power can allow you to enjoy your catamaran all night long with all of your onboard appliances running, including all your electronics, refrigeration, lights, and 3 air conditioning units for more than 15 hours before needing a recharge. This much battery power virtually negates the need to use the onboard 13.5kW generator.
