Launched in October 2020, this Outremer 5X, Hull # 27, is an upgraded version with a more ‘performance’ oriented type of configuration, e.g. optimized foam core weight-saving construction, carbon/vinylester (no polyester), rotating carbon mast, carbon rudders, carbon rudder tubes, carbon arms and shafts, longer daggerboards, full North Sails 3Di inventory, rotating carbon mast, multiple electric winches, etc.
