My wife and I decided to go with Jim Ross as our broker after reading his Bio on Just Catamarans website. From the first time we spoke with Jim we felt we could trust his judgment and experience. His professional manner and calm demeanor in helping us understand how the process worked made the process very easy. Anytime I called he responded, and any question we had he got us the answer. When it came time for the survey Jim traveled 8 hours to be there when the boat came out and walked us through everything.
After we purchased our catamaran we had to sell her because of medical problems. Jim worked with us and quickly got the boat sold and closed in a very short period, all while dealing with Covid-19 restrictions and a hurricane brewing.
I feel working with Jim we built not just a relationship but also a friendship as he helped us with our situation.
