I called Jim Ross out of the blue one week while I was down in Ft Lauderdale looking for boats with the wife and he was able to get us on boats the very next day. I was looking for someone thorough and knowledgeable enough to help me through the process of securing a loan and insurance for a first time boat buyer (which is a lot more difficult!).
Jim made the process smooth and kept us on track during closing even through Hurricane Dorian! In addition, during Survey time, Jim was able to produce some estimates on findings making it easier to produce a reasonable survey allowance counter offer.
I would highly recommend Jim Ross as a broker, especially if you are first time buyer. I don't think I would have been as successful with another broker.
